Cleveland Dental Assistant School Student Grievance Policy
Students must address their concerns about this school or any of its educational programs by following the grievance process as follows: Student grievances should initially be directed to the class instructor. The instructor will act to either address the concern or escalate to the director if needed. If the matter is not resolved by approaching the instructor, a student grievance should then be directed to the school’s director in writing within seven calendar days of the incident. This can be accomplished by sending an email to the attention of “School Director” to:
[email protected]. A response to grievances will be issued by the school director in writing no more than three business days after receipt of the written grievance. Students are welcome to call the school office during business hours. Open communication between the student and the school is encouraged to resolve the student’s concerns. Whether or not the problem or complaint has been resolved to his/her satisfaction by the school, the student may direct any problem or complaint to the Executive Director, State Board of Career Colleges and Schools, 30 East Broad Street, Suite 2481, Columbus, Ohio, 43215, Phone 614-466-2752; toll free 877- 275-4219.
